Sector Lead, Directed Content

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day Directed Content projects across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality transcripts.
• Manage expert recruitment, onboarding and interaction to meet KPIs.
• Own sector budgets and maximize content ROI.
• Establish QA processes to ensure transcripts meet standards.
• Collaborate with Directors to refine content strategy and themes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in equity research or market intelligence in TMT.
• Deep domain in Healthcare, TMT, or Energy & Industrials.
• Strong knowledge of European and Asian equity markets.
• Proven people management of project managers/analysts.
• Translate strategy into actionable research projects.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Budgeting, ROI tracking, and resource optimization experience.
