📋 Description

Develop and maintain a strategic sector roadmap with the Director of Research.
Manage and mentor Project Managers; track KPIs and deliverables.
Oversee budget management and resource allocation for ROI.
Lead QA to ensure transcripts meet accuracy and depth standards.
Collaborate to monitor engagement, identify gaps, recalibrate pipelines.
Pilot AI-enabled tools with Product/Operations to boost throughput.

🎯 Requirements

5–7 years in equity research, market intelligence, or related analytics in E&I.
Deep E&I domain expertise with key players, models, and trends.
Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
Proven people management: lead and develop PMs/analysts.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable research projects.
Strong compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards.
