🎯 Requirements

5–7 years in equity research or market intelligence in Healthcare.
Deep healthcare domain expertise: players, business models, trends.
Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
Proven people management; leads teams of PMs or analysts.
Translating strategic objectives into actionable research projects.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
