🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
• At least 5 years' experience in driving strategic customer growth, retention and account
• 2–3 years' experience managing client relationships and leading or developing small teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and
