🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Fluency in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
• At least 5 years' experience in driving strategic customer growth, retention and account development
• 2–3 years' experience managing client relationships and leading or developing small teams
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for business growth and long-term
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
