📋 Description

• Set multi-year K12 strategy and targets.
• Drive bookings, renewals, revenue and ARR.
• Lead cross-functional Operational Leadership Team.
• Act as the external face of K12 with districts, DOEs, partners.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute the strategy.
• Shape the product roadmap for K12 adjacencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial leadership.
• General Manager experience with P&L oversight.
• K12 edtech domain expertise preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Finance.
• Multi-year strategy ownership with accountability.
• Executive presence with board and kickoff exposure.
