Securities Operations Intern (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Handle incoming and outgoing securities account (CTO) and PEA transfers with banks and brokers in
• Ensure smooth communication with counterparties (banks, brokers, custodians) and clients, and drive
• Check securities and cash positions, reconcile movements with custodians and analyze breaks.
• Investigate unsettled or rejected instructions, identify root cause and coordinate resolution with
• Review and record PEA tax statements (bordereaux d'information) to ensure tax history is preserved.
• Process operations on French registered shares (conversions, de/registrations).

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Finance, Banking, Economics or Law, with internship agreement
• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French (C2) and comfortable working in English.
• First experience in banking, back office, middle office or securities operations is a plus
• Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems.
• Confident with spreadsheets; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
