Security Account Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites
• Manage Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors; hiring, scheduling, payroll, training
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in law enforcement or security
• Extensive internal contacts within local law enforcement
• MARSEC, NRC and industrial facility security experience preferred
• Ability to obtain TWIC Card
• CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO preferred
