Security Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors; hiring, scheduling, payroll, training.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Conduct annual on-site staff reviews and performance appraisals.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial/security policy experience in law enforcement or contract security.
• Extensive internal contacts within local law enforcement.
• MARSEC, NRC and industrial facility security experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Preferred CPP, OSHA-30, FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO.
