Security Assistant Account Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee gates, dock/patrol officers, and special details.
• Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Fill in for Site Manager or open Shift Security Captain positions.
• Train to cover any position under supervision.
• Provide summaries of vehicle inspections and departmental inventories.
• Report KPI, patrol activity, and building inspection results.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; 2+ yrs supervisor/industrial security.
• Ability to obtain TWIC Card.
• Preferred: CPP (ASIS) and OSHA-10.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; interior/exterior patrol.
• MARSEC, NRC, and industrial facility security exp preferred.
