Security Awareness Analyst

📋 Description

• Support delivery of security awareness content across Slack, email, events, and training.
• Create micro-learning content and behavioural nudges to foster secure habits.
• Run day-to-day operations of the awareness programme: libraries, campaigns, tracking.
• Translate complex security concepts into clear, jargon-free guidance.
• Assist with major campaigns like phishing simulations and safe data handling.
• Maintain content calendars, retrospectives, and process inventories.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in security awareness, internal comms, or behavioural roles.
• Excellent communicator; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized; able to manage priorities with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Solid understanding of common information security risks (phishing, data handling).
• Strong ability to collaborate with Security, People, Tech, Risk, and Ops teams.
• Bonus: experience with behavioural science, LMS, content tools, and Google Workspace/Slack/Notion.
