Security Captain

📋 Description

• Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.
• Develop training curricula, run drills, maintain audit-ready docs.
• Fill in for the Site Manager or open Shift Security Captain positions.
• Train to cover any role under supervision.
• Manage vehicle inspections, inventories, and KPI reports.
• Audit building inspections and summarize security systems and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of Supervisor and Industrial Security experience.
• MARSEC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC Card and Guard Card.
• CPP certification (ASIS) and OSHA-10 preferred.
• Stand for extended periods; lift at least 50 lbs; interior/exterior patrols.
