Security Captain

📋 Description

• Oversee gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.
• Develop curriculum, run training drills, maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Fill in for the Site Manager or open Shift Security Captain positions.
• Trained to cover any position under supervision.
• Provide vehicle inspection details and departmental inventories.
• Report on patrol activities, building inspections, and KPI summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field or equivalent experience/education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory and Industrial Security experience.
• MARSEC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• CPP certification (ASIS) and OSHA-10 preferred.
• Physical demands: stand for extended periods; lift at least 50 lbs; foot patrols; ability to work in varying weather conditions.
