Security Compliance Analyst, Privacy

📋 Description

• Build and automate our compliance operations layer and evidence pipelines.
• Embed security/privacy controls into products (deletions, PII detection, logs).
• Maintain and scale SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, CCPA programs.
• Drive audit readiness and reuse evidence across frameworks.
• Partner with Legal on DPAs, BAAs, and vendor terms.
• Monitor contractual obligations and track commitments as our customers grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in privacy, GRC, or security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, SOC 2.
• Experience with DPAs and BAAs.
• Technical fluency: read code and understand data flows.
• Exceptional writer: draft policies and security questionnaires.
• Background in regulated industry or with regulated customers.
