📋 Description

• Define and maintain the global security and privacy baseline (policies, controls) across all group companies.
• Design and operate Group ISMS and Group PIMS; coordinate regional ISMS and privacy programs.
• Establish global baseline with local add-ons; define RACI, exceptions, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate governance by consolidating regional calendars; align milestones, reporting cadence, and evidence standards.
• Lead internal audits and remediation; drive evidence management and breach readiness with Legal and Security.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ISO 27001 program experience, risk mgmt, SoA maintenance, and audits.
• Experience with GDPR and another jurisdiction (LGPD or Nigeria).
• Strong program coordination across regions, teams, and time zones.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable controls.
• Strong written communication for policies, standards, and guidance.
