Security & Compliance Engineer/Officer

📋 Description

• Security and compliance of company systems and servers.
• Review security controls and alignment with standards (NIS2, ISO27001 - nice to have).
• Develop and enhance monitoring and tooling for systems.
• Manage access controls and user accounts with defined privileges.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Provide security training for developers and support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate security, including software engineering aspects (architecture reviews) for
• Understanding of laws/standards and ability to train teams on them.
• Experience with penetration testing knowledge (not necessarily a pen tester).
• Up-to-date with security trends and continuous self-improvement.
• Asertiveness to enforce requirements across team levels.
• Ability to diagnose complex security issues and threat modeling.
