Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty
Maintain front desk logs for people and property including packages
Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety
Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets
High School diploma or GED
Must obtain Illinois PERC and state training requirements
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
