Security Concierge

📋 Description

• Responsible for tracking special events and visits
• Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure access control, escort, and tour protocols are followed
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SPOC for incidents
• Monitor site surveillance camera system

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security position
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex support needs and build solid relationships with internal stakeholders
• Strong customer service and relationship/team-building skills
• Active First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
