Responsible for tracking special events and visits
Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
Ensure thorough knowledge and effective implementation of all access control, escort, and tour
Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center (SPOC) as necessary
Assist emergency response personnel dispatched to a SpaceX site
Monitor site surveillance camera system

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
3+ years of experience working in a customer service or facility security-related capacity
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Ability to navigate complex support needs, and build solid relationships with internal stakeholders
Strong customer service and relationship/team-building skills (preferred)
Exceptional communication skills both oral and written (preferred)
