Security Coordinator II - Security Operations

📋 Description

• 2+ years of experience in a law enforcement, military, security, or customer service role
• Cross-trained in site-specific reception/lobby duties
• Maintain an organized, clean lobby; coordinate with janitorial/maintenance when needed
• Manage calendar, emails, inventory, and equipment with strong attention to detail
• Process visitors, contractors, and employees using visitor management; issue access cards and
• Interact professionally with internal/external customers at all levels with excellent customer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ITAR compliance and related policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Collaborate with HR on employee offboarding and access revocation
• Monitor CCTV, access-control, video reviews, and other security systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to pursue security training and certifications in physical/admin domains
