📋 Description

• Execute and follow up security compliance programs across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
• Plan and carry out store audits and internal monitoring per Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements with store and area teams; ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support store management to achieve audit expectations; communicate actions.
• Report audit results, deviations and follow-ups using company tools.
• Act as ambassador for security standards across stores and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or similar
• Familiarity with inventory processes, including Yearly Stock Take (YST).
• Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and action plans.
• Ability to work hands-on in stores and with frontline teams.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.
