Security Customer Success Engineer (SCSE)

📋 Description

• Lead security conversations with customer security teams (CISOs/IT) to address concerns
• Help resolve security objections during pre- and post-sales engagements
• Promote Wrike's premium security features (Wrike Lock, data residency)
• Position security as a strategic part of the customer buying decision
• Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and portal assessments quickly
• Use internal AI tools and knowledge bases to deliver high-quality responses

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS (Sales Eng, CS, Solutions Eng, or Security)
• Strong ability to explain security/compliance concepts to tech and non-tech audiences
• Experience handling customer objections and guiding security-related discussions
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
