Security Customer Success Engineer (SCSE)

📋 Description

• Lead technical security conversations with customer security teams.
• Remove security blockers during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Explain Wrike's security posture and position security as a competitive advantage.
• Translate security requirements into clear business value.
• Partner with the Security team on product updates, vulnerabilities, and roadmap.
• Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and portal assessments quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SaaS).
• Strong communication to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience handling objections and guiding security discussions in business terms.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles.
• GDPR & CCPA knowledge; familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
• Experience using AI tools and internal knowledge bases to improve responses.
