  • Lead security conversations with customer security teams to address concerns and validate Wrike’s capabilities
  • Help resolve security-related objections that may impact deal progression
  • Promote Wrike Lock and data residency features aligned to customer needs
  • Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and portal assessments quickly
  • Use AI tools and knowledge bases to deliver high-quality security responses
  • Partner with Security team to stay aligned on product updates, vulnerabilities, and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, SaaS preferred
  • Strong ability to explain security/compliance to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience addressing objections and guiding security discussions
  • Solid understanding of cloud security principles
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA frameworks
