Security Customer Success Engineer (SCSE)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical security advisor to Sales and Customer Success.
• Remove security blockers during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Translate security requirements into clear business value.
• Collaborate with Security on product updates, vulnerabilities, and roadmap.
• Use internal AI tools and knowledge bases to craft accurate responses.
• Learn internal security workflows quickly for smooth stakeholder experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, SaaS.
• Strong ability to explain security concepts to varied audiences.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Experience using AI tools and internal knowledge bases.
