📋 Description

• Greet and assist employees and visitors, leaving a positive first impression.
• Sign in visitors and vendors before entry; verify identities.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm panels; respond to incidents.
• Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations and coordinate responses.
• Answer regular and emergency phones; provide professional customer service.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs of people, property, and packages.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Previous security dispatching experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Ohio Guard Card and TWIC Card.
