Security Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain resources that help GTM teams independently answer customer security questions
• Use AI and automation to make workflows more efficient, accurate, and self-service
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex security questions from Sales
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming security requests based on deal stage, urgency, strategic
• Join pre-sales and customer calls to explain Pendo's security, privacy, and compliance posture
• Deliver regular enablement sessions for customer-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions
• Strong experience discussing enterprise SaaS technology including APIs, integrations, deployment
• Clear, effective communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing requests and prioritize independently
• Practical familiarity with common AI tools and applying them to workflows
