Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Configure and operate security scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities
• Remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and prevent recurrence
• Triage, investigate, and escalate security alerts with remediation guidance
• Document procedures and technical security standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize alert rules and monitoring
• Provide technical leadership on network and system security

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in security operations engineering or similar cybersecurity role
• Proficiency with security scanning tools and monitoring platforms
• Knowledge of modern threat environments, attack vectors and mitigation practices
• Experience with methods of protection, data recovery, and incident response analysis
• Comfort in on-call rotation and handling time-sensitive security alerts
• Working knowledge of networks, systems, and cloud security environments
