Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own application security, risk & compliance for a remote AI dating platform.
• Hands-on role reporting to Security Lead with ownership from day one.
• Lead weekly code reviews, remediation, and coordinate external audits.
• Maintain risk register and GRC docs; support audit follow-ups.
• Run security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Monitor security channels, alerts, including weekend coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in application security (code review, vulnerability management)
• Coordinating or conducting penetration tests and security audits
• Comfortable shipping code with Git/GitHub workflows; scripting/automation
• Bonus: AI/LLM security concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration in English
• Ability to work independently with ownership and fast execution
