Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own security reviews and threat modeling for product surfaces.
• Build and improve secure SDLC, detection & response.
• Harden cloud and app infrastructure; remediate high-priority risks.
• Define security for AI agents; guardrails, data exposure, prompt risks.
• Support enterprise trust: security questionnaires and SOC 2.
• Partner with product/infra eng to embed security in shipping.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of hands-on information security experience.
• Startup/early-stage experience; comfort with ambiguity and high ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in application and/or cloud security (AWS/GCP).
• Pragmatic judgment; prioritize risk and do more with less.
• Clear communication and collaborative, low-ego style.
• Nice to have: securing AI agents / LLM systems; enterprise compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
