Security Engineer II

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain security measures for LivePerson's systems and data.
• Define security needs for our systems following industry best practices.
• Create security plans for our systems, including cloud services.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce security issues in cloud and software.
• Develop technical solutions to secure systems and automate tasks.
• Be available for urgent security issues outside regular hours (on-call).

🎯 Requirements

• Networking and systems experience (Elastic, OKTA, IDM, AD)
• Security incidents response and log analysis experience
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• 3+ years IT or systems experience in a software/cloud company
• Experience creating procedures, SLAs, and escalation processes
• Comptia CySA+ certification
