Security Engineer II (Data Protection and Network Security)

📋 Description

• Review, categorize, and prioritize incoming Zscaler and DLP tickets according to severity, routing
• Investigate common policy blocks and security alerts, help end users resolve access issues, and
• Tune DLP detection rules and Zscaler policies to improve accuracy, reduce false positives and false
• Support the rollout of policy changes across business units, maintain a registry of active policies
• Help establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths for Zscaler and DLP issues
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Compliance, and other stakeholders to improve operational

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, network security, or a related technical
• Working knowledge of network security concepts and/or data protection principles, including Data
• Familiarity with security policy management, alert investigation, and troubleshooting is essential.
• Experience working with structured ticketing processes, checklists, service-level agreements, and
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, consistent, audit-ready records
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and
