Security Engineer (Support)

📋 Description

• Manage the information security ticketing process, ensuring tickets are accurately logged
• Serve as the initial point of contact for security events, conducting Tier 1 triage and escalating
• Provide technical support to employees and internal teams on security-related issues and assist
• Investigate security alerts and technical issues, document resolutions and workarounds, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, security operations, information security, or a related
