📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of the security engineering team.
• Shape the team's roadmap, hiring, and technical execution.
• Lead red teaming and adversarial testing in the development pipeline.
• Develop security frameworks and tooling to ship secure software.
• Partner with security, product, platform, and infra teams to embed security.

🎯 Requirements

• Web app penetration testing to scope assessments and threat models.
• Proficient with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or similar tools.
• Write threat narratives from findings to mobilize engineers.
• Strong secure coding in TypeScript/JavaScript and Go.
• Fluent with Linux systems and tooling.
• Practical threat modeling using STRIDE.
