Security Field Operations Manager - 2nd Shift - Chicago, IL

📋 Description

• Train team in customer service; complete QA and compliance docs.
• Monitor and coach staff; address attendance, discipline, performance docs.
• Assist HR and Sr. Ops Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, terminations.
• Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Compile reports on incidents, personnel activity, and trends.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years as Security Lead/Supervisor; related customer service; bilingual a plus.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC, FOID, and Driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Read, write, speak English; meet physical functions (75+ lbs lift, patrols, stairs).
