Security Field Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Train team members in customer service, and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures
• Monitor and coach staff, including attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance
• Support the HR department and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and
• Respond to any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities, and
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years of experience as a Security Lead and/or Supervisor, or related experience in a customer
• Must have at least 1 year of continuous managerial experience (preferably in security or a related
• Available to work 2nd shift (Thursday-Monday 4pm-12am) and hold over if needed
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID
