Security Field Supervisor

📋 Description

• Train team members in customer service, and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures
• Monitor and coach staff, including with attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance
• Support the HR department and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and
• Respond to any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities and account
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which includes weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years experience as a Security Lead and/or Supervisor, or related experience in a customer
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid WI Private Security License and Driver's license, including
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
