Security Field Supervisor - Weston / Wausau, WI - 3rd Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee overnight security operations and service delivery across accounts.
• Lead overnight field operations; manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure posts are staffed per post orders and maintain coverage.
• Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and reviews.
• Coach, onboard, and develop security personnel; provide leadership presence.
• Communicate with clients, management, dispatch, and field teams.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and current.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
