• Perform concierge and patrol services to safeguard tenants, visitors, and assets.
• Conduct access control and gate entry at warehouse locations; verify credentials.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; use incident reporting software.
• Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter threats.
• Respond to emergencies per company and client protocols.
• Enforce safety policies, trespassing rules, and access control.
• Provide customer service with a professional security presence.
• Adapt to new environments, client expectations, and site procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
