📋 Description

• Own the Customer Trust roadmap end-to-end, align with growth and needs.
• Drive automation strategy: AI questionnaires and trust platforms at scale.
• Build loops translating regulatory drivers into product priorities.
• Define metrics, SLAs, and escalation frameworks for the function.
• Establish operating rhythms and escalation processes for the team.
• Create GTM enablement programs to drive self-service adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in compliance, security, or customer trust.
• 5+ years building or scaling customer-facing security programs.
• Led enterprise security relationships at scale with Fortune 500 CISOs.
• Experience selling to regulated buyers (finance, healthcare, insurance).
• Knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR/EU AI Act and data residency rules.
• Familiar with NIST 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA; AWS/GCP.
