📋 Description

• Provide onsite security services to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and approachable presence as a visible point of contact for
• Monitor building activity, common areas, hallways, entrances, and exits to identify and address
• Utilize effective communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques to address
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents involving disruptive behavior, verbal altercations
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when determining when situations require management

🎯 Requirements

• Valid New York State Security Guard Registration Card required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of professional security experience preferred, including experience working in
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally, respectfully, and
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience utilizing conflict resolution, verbal
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional when responding to challenging behaviors
