📋 Description

• Lead and support confidential investigations involving employees, contractors, and members of the
• Collect, assess, and analyze factual evidence to support investigations, internal decision-making
• Manage the daily operations of the Investigation and Records Management function, ensuring
• Develop and maintain investigative standards, standard operating procedures, service-level
• Maintain secure and accurate records, including incident reports, confidential information, and
• Conduct operational audits, internal process reviews, and benchmarking research to identify trends

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in investigations, business administration, municipal government
• Demonstrated knowledge of investigative security practices, investigation administration, records
• Working knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
• Proven experience with physical security practices, security technologies, critical incident
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, as well as supervising or overseeing third-party
• Knowledge of procurement bylaws, applicable provincial legislation, and industry standards relevant
