Handle complex security incidents, GDPR cases, and legal complaints (CNIL deadlines).
Manage external stakeholders (CNIL, Insurance Ombudsman, Signal Conso) within deadlines.
Own KPI monitoring and yearly complaints reporting to Alan's Board.
Design workflows, escalation paths, macros, and help content for L1/L2.
Identify automation opportunities; scale across countries with Care Ops and Product.
Build training materials; ensure regulatory training completion.

🎯 Requirements

GDPR/privacy ops or legal complaints in regulated sector (1-2 yrs)
Fintech/insurtech/health compliance ops experience a plus
Fluent French (C1+) and proficient English
Navigate GDPR/CNIL without being a lawyer; supported by Legal/DPO
Strong communication; brief product teams and coach front-line agents
Operational rigor; identify automation opportunities and drive projects
