Security Lieutenant

📋 Description

• Oversee security gates, dock and patrol officers.
• Develop training, run drills, maintain audit-ready docs.
• Fill in for Site Manager or Security Captain positions.
• Cover any position under supervision as needed.
• Provide vehicle inspection details and inventories.
• Conduct audits of building inspections and KPI reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; 2+ yrs supervisor and security exp.
• MARSEC and industrial facility security exp preferred.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• CPP (ASIS) and OSHA-10 certifications preferred.
• Stand long periods; lift 50 lbs; foot patrols.
