Security Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute security strategy for growth (short & long term).
• Lead security operations, monitoring, incident response, and threat intel.
• Own governance: policies, standards, controls, and maturity.
• Partner with engineering for app, cloud, and endpoint security.
• Build and improve monitoring, detection, and incident management.
• Establish metrics and reporting to leadership on security.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading security teams in tech companies or high-growth environments.
• Broad expertise across security operations, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, and governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience designing incident response, monitoring programs, and threat intel capabilities.
• Strong technical understanding of securing cloud environments, including AWS, and modern workplace endpoints.
• Experience creating security policies, standards, and controls that are practical and scalable.
• Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams in security-sensitive or regulated environments.
