Security Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Conduct annual reviews for on site staff, monitor performance quality, coordinate exit interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract
• Experience with extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, and FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO
• Physical demands: able to stand for extended periods, lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs, accommodate
