Security Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute short- and long-term security strategy to support growth.
• Lead and develop security operations, monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Own the security governance framework: policies, standards, controls, and maturity.
• Partner with engineering to implement application, cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint security.
• Build and improve security monitoring, detection, and incident management.
• Manage third-party security risks via vendor assessments and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading security teams in tech, high-growth, or agile settings.
• Broad expertise across security ops, cloud, app, infra, and GRC.
• Experience designing and managing incident response, monitoring programs, and threat intel.
• Strong cloud security expertise (AWS) and modern endpoints.
• Experience creating practical, scalable security policies, standards, and controls.
• Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams in regulated settings.
