Security Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead and train a team of information security professionals.
• Oversee risk and vulnerability assessments; identify threats and remediation.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents; lead incident response and RCA.
• Stay current on trends and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001); ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate security into all business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in technology/InfoSec with 5+ years in leadership.
• CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor required.
• Advanced knowledge of info sec tech: apps, infra, networking, cloud, VDI.
• Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, NYDFS, SHIELD, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical audiences.
