Security Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute security strategy to support growth.
• Lead and develop security ops team (monitoring, incident response, threat intel).
• Own governance with policies, standards, controls, and improvements.
• Partner with engineering to implement app, infra, cloud, and endpoint security.
• Build and improve monitoring, detection, response, and incident management.
• Manage third-party security risks via vendor assessments and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading security teams in tech companies, high-growth environments.
• Broad expertise across security domains: operations, cloud, app, infrastructure, and GRC.
• Experience designing incident response processes, monitoring programs, and threat intel.
• Strong technical understanding of securing AWS cloud environments and modern endpoints.
• Experience creating practical, scalable security policies, standards, and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.
