📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain front desk logs for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor CCTV and perform patrols to prevent theft and keep a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document data for building management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in door staff, reception, or customer service roles.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED; English literacy required.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC card.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; lift 50+ lbs.
